I bought these beads months ago because they just ended up in my hand at the cash register! I had no idea what I would do with them as they are a bit of an odd colour mix.
Then I noticed some Altin Basak, #50 in my stash that I received in The Thread Exchange some time back. I had completely forgotten about it. Heh heh....
It's so nice to be a (tatting) pack rat, eh?
ReplyDeleteVery nice combo... Is that the Angels in the Snow pattern I see?
How clever of you, Fox! Perfect beads for the perfect thread.
ReplyDeleteI started Angels in the Snow this morning. I've reached the point where I need to follow Jane's tutorial, and I just don't have enough brain power tonight... maybe tomorrow!
Fox,
ReplyDeleteSometimes when we don't realize it but things come together when we aren't looking on things we are spose to make or do. Except we aren't aware of it until the time is right for us to know. Now it's time for you to put all your goodies to make what ever you are to use those things for.. Gee, it will be fun to see what it is when you are finished! Have fun creating & making this one!
Ooooh, that looks like it is going to be fantastic!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteSee? - you have to buy everything that catches your eye because one day you are going to NEED it! Perfect match - I still like Altin Basak, it suits my style of tatting because it's a softer thread - and the colours are great.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a perfect match to me!
ReplyDeleteThose beads are a perfect match to the thread!
ReplyDeleteThey are a perfact match........ funny how things work out like that. Look forward to seeing the finish product.
