I am just numb with shock; literally. I had no idea Gina had cancer; she was so busy. Such a multi talented lady: Tatting knowledge and ability, watercolors, other fine hand work. Such a loss to her tatting family. It is as tho I’d lost you or Jane...Seriously, I’m numb. xxxx bev aka ridgewoman
Bev, I have tried to email you so many times - it keeps getting returned. Shoot me an email with your updated address. I have left a message on your blog... It would be good to hear from you, my friend. Fox
I am very sadden at the news of Gina, my thoughts are with the family, I never meets her and only discovered her blog last year but I hope she will be tatting with the angels. Margaret
A special online friend indeed. She always had a kind word or inspiration for me. Wow. I knew she was doing better, but of course, she only touched on what she'd been through and made it sound minor now. I will miss her online presence and wonderful talents.
I hink you said it best when you said she was your first friend in tatland. She was always ready to reach out to people. Its very hard to process that she won't be there anymore.
in 2005 I started to tat... Gina helped me and sustained me... I am very sad sad sad :''''''''''''''''''''''( Gina, don't stop tatting!! I know you will teach to tat to angels!! Please continue to smile to us from Heaven!!
Gina will definitely be missed.

She will be sadly missed.
ReplyDeleteI am stunned...Gina was always so upbeat and though I knew she had cancer, she didn't dwell on it and I didn't realize she was doing poorly. :(
ReplyDeleteI know. I think we all feel that way. She certainly was a very special woman.

I wish we were closer geographically. I would like the be able to gather with other tatters to celebrate Gina's life. She will be missed so very much.
ReplyDeleteHallo Fox, and all you out there, please accept my sympathies.
