Do you have enough of the variegated to use that one for the final row? Looking at the picture of the heart doily, it almost seems that the final row *could* be smoothing out the heart shapes....rounding them out a bit. You *could* justify using the variegated thread if you think of it as part of the hearts. Looks nice, can't wait to see what you decide. StephanieW
I think I would go with the one on the left. Whatever you choose, I feel confident that you will be pleasantly surprised! After all, how can one go wrong with blue, any shade of blue?
The one on the left is my vote but remember I might not be the best resource.

Darker, I was told that in school. I am dumbfounded at the trouble you are having it is funky town for real :(
ReplyDeleteOh man! Can you use the same thread you are using on the hearts?? Just a thought.

ReplyDeleteThanks, Tatters! I wondered if I should go with the variegated....Now, I am conflicted. I'll sleep on it....
ReplyDeleteOh no! The one on the left tones better, I think.
ReplyDeleteDear Colours' Fairy, I like the darker one :)
ReplyDeleteStick with the thread you used on the hearts, it does not take very much thread about two shuttles approx.

Left one, for sure - good luck!
