Yes, I do believe this piece is approaching completion!
After the chains are done and there are 24 of them, and thankfully, they are regular chains, there are attaching motifs and then the two outside rows of rings and chains. Nothing adventurous, so I am heartened and relieved. : )
Sounds like a lot of work left to me! Still, it's looking good so far and I understand that you've done the trickiest bits.
