Almost done with the small motifs for this round. It is going to a larger piece than anticipated. It is also going more quickly than I thought it would. Maybe that is because the process is so much easier than Armenian Lace!
Talking about Armenian Lace, I am VERY proud of yesterday's accomplishment, which took about only an hour to knot! Here is the final attempt. Tiny - but mighty. : )
Your mat grows more wonderful each day!!! :)
ReplyDeleteYour Armenian lace is looking good to me! :)
They are both very beautiful, and new things always take more time.
ReplyDeleteFox, your mat is so well done it almost looks like CGI. I love your little daisy, each day a step forward.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Bernice, but what is CGI? : 0
DeleteComputer graphic illustration... I think :)
DeleteOh! Thanks! : ))
DeleteWow, your mat is looking great! I think I will have to give this pattern a try when/if I get tired of the Monsterpiece Doily. Your Armenian Lace looks good to. Will watch in anticipation.
ReplyDeleteDelicious tatting! Glad you're making progress on the Armenian, well done.
ReplyDeleteYour JS is looking great! I do like the color combination. I found my Armenian Lace book, but I don't think I'll try it again just yet. I'll just watch you!
ReplyDeleteChicken? Dare you!!! : ))
DeleteBoth projects look amazing! Those little center rings are so hard to make—I’m still struggling with them. You can cheat and tat them, but…
ReplyDeleteThanks, Cathy! I know - I could tat the centre... Don't think I haven't had that thought.... But... : ))
