To be honest, if you had told me a year ago that I would attempt this pattern, I would have vehemently disagreed. Even though the tatting is not up to snuff, I am happy to have come this far.
Now, to join up those ovals and it's all done with a twisted chain!
I know I'm impressed! After looking at the pattern, I decided that this one might have to wait until retirement. I'm not sure I have the brain power for it!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun you have gone very far!
ReplyDeleteIt's so delicate and lacy looking!!! I love it!! :) You are doing a wonderful job!!! :)
ReplyDeleteHoly moly! This is amazing, it will be spectacular!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! That is going to be one heck of a masterpiece! You just keep producing one after another! I would be hard pressed to pick a favorite! Very impressive! ! ! :)
ReplyDeleteLooks very snuffy to me! - and the colours are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI am very impressed with how far you have got, well done, look forward to seeing the next round
ReplyDeleteLove to Mr G

I wrote previously that the napkin looks like Pavlova dessert. Now it's meringue lace with cherry on chocolate cake :)
ReplyDeleteIt's certainly a daunting pattern. And you're doing a great job. I look forward to seeing how all the elements come together.
ReplyDeleteIn awe of your patience! Looked at it many times but never had the guts to start it!
ReplyDeleteFunnily enough, I was thinking of you just night while tatting and wondered if you had ever gotten through this on!
DeleteIt is SO frustrating, but a great challenge and a lot of fun - in spite of all the booboos!
I dare you!
