Can you believe it? This is my first attempt at Iris Niebach's, "Fiordaliso!" Plus, this is the first time I have ever tatted it! I am speechless - for once....
very nice Fox, I find her patterns challenging, but also unique in that most if not all her doilys and motifs work in and out instead of round and round. I find that I do more un-tatting with her patterns, then I normally do.
You cannot imagine, what a big pleasure it is always for me to see one of my patterns realized. You did a wonderful job, thank you so much. For those who think I'm disapeared, I'm busy working on the new book with the boxes and can't show the patterns. Iris
Bellissima! Your work is impeccable.
ReplyDeleteAll that tatting and practicing is sure paying off! Wonderful, Fox!

ReplyDeleteI would be speechless also! It's gorgeous! I have yet to tat an Iris Niebach pattern correctly the first time around.
