As I did her brother here, I am gong to give her a T-shirt with a tatted motif sewn on, however I am unable to decide which piece to sew on to the shirt I purchased today.
The one I like the best is one she did not pick. I need some input, Tat-land!
Which one would you put on a pink-T, for a little girl about to turn six?
T-Shirt #1
T-Shirt #2
T-Shirt #3
I vote for t-shirt #2. Somehow I always choose the wrong one, though! ; )
ReplyDeletet-shirt number two looks more six year old girl-y. The others look for a girl a little older. my opinion- check!
ReplyDeleteMy first vote is number 2.
ReplyDeleteSecond vote, number one. I would love a shirt like that!
But, for a 6 year old? I would go with her choice, really...
They are all beautiful, but I would pick T-shirt #1. It just looks like a bright, cheerful 6 year old :)
ReplyDeleteI think #2 looks more little girly, but my favorite is # 3, I love the colors and the motif... but # 2 is more little girl imo and just as pretty ;)
ReplyDeleteBri.
Pretty sure my girls would go for #2, so I vote for that one though I personally like #3 the best...
ReplyDeleteI'd go with #2 as well. But, what do I know.
ReplyDeleteI like #2. It's a good match for the shirt, and probably would be the easiest to sew on and launder, too. I think it's just right for a six-year-old girl!
ReplyDeleteI agree with #2.
ReplyDeleteSarika says #1 - to her eye #2 is too pink (especially on a pink t-shirt says she). I tend to agree. My only issue with #1 is that it's too crowded looking. Did you join the flowers to the leaves? If not, then can you move them out a bit, if yes, then leave as is and stick it down. And if you can, make another flower and attach it to the back of the t-shirt at the top (just beneath the neck band). Suneeti
ReplyDeleteIt´s difficult to decide, as all of them are very nice, but the one I like for a little girl is #2.

Dear Fox,
ReplyDeletewhat a nice idea to spice up simple t-shirts.
greet manuela
I like them all but I was thinking 1 because it's the most 'identifiable', if that makes sense.
ReplyDeleteHi Fox
ReplyDeleteAs a July birthday girl number two would be my way of thinking. All are lovely but number two has the edge.
Love to Gian
Margaret
My vote is for #2. I like #3 also if the dark shade is replaced by a brighter colour such as yellow or turquoise.
ReplyDeleteTwo too! - I like three a lot but thinking like a little girl, I think I would choose 2.
ReplyDeleteI like #3 but if she is a girly girl then I would go for #2!
ReplyDeleteKelly
#2for the Mini-boss, #3 for me!
ReplyDeleteI think #2 would be the best, although they are all pretty.
ReplyDeleteI think probably #2. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you all so much for your energetic comments. It is a resounding #TWO win!
ReplyDeleteI liked #3 the best, but it is far too subtle and mature for The Boss’s modest six years of fashion development!
Though I agree with Sarika about the abundance of pink, it IS The Boss’s favourite colour and I agree with Suneeti that the leaves in #1 are too close.
So it is #2! Thanks once again for helping me decide.
I ♥ Tat-land!

# 2
ReplyDeleteVader says that Gian needs to chew up and destroy all thread until SHE pays complete attention to THE KING.
Hey miss - can you mimic the centre flower or one of the six flowers with the brown portion of the thread and put it on the back (at the neck) - I think t-shirts need something "extra" - a flower on the back ... some grass on the pocket ... you know what I mean!!!!
ReplyDeleteSuneeti
S. I’m on it! I had already decided to put a small one at the back as I like that idea as well. I think I may have something in my stash to sew on... Thanks! Fox : ))
Delete:-)
DeleteI think I'm late but #1 really jumped out at me...I'm sure it's turned out marvelously, whichever you chose! :)
ReplyDeleteHi, Kristen!
DeleteThanks! Yup - I am going to go with #1. It is The Boss’s first pick (though she does not know anything about its application) and seems to be Tat-land’s pick as well.
I liked #3!
