The green one is smaller, though they are both tatted in #40. It's also not as pleasing, though I hope my grandson likes it because of the colour.

Now, on to the purple...

And Then There Were Three

No more #40, but lots of #80 and Maeve loves purple,  so I thought I'd name a smaller motif for her, using the same pattern as the one for her brothers.

It is too bad the pinkish, opalescent quality of the beads is not evident on the screen. They are actually very pretty with this thread. :(
