This is  Jan Stawasz pattern that I saw on Frivole’s blog. Her work always turns me into a copycat.

I am using Alenalea’s HDT AND #30 DMC Cebèlia for the pink. I love the combo. 

I think it worked! 🤔😳

I could not figure out the joins till I saw this

Took a break and tatted this Iris Niebach pattern in #80.

Nice deviation.

I have also found a perfect home to which the finished piece shall go!

Frivole alerted me to what I already knew... the last row was really wonky. I had not been able to face that reality.

Off it came.

I have now completed the first split row again. Sigh.

Slow!

This row of split rings will be the slowest as there is a lot of checking to see

 where to attach the rings. It will be easier on the subsequent rounds.

How on earth to continue blogging when it is in impossiible to compose on Blogger. I am considering taking the thing over to Facebook.😡 Trying the Pages app right now…
