Insert into the ring and close gently, remembering to remove it at the end. Still doesn't close ALL the way, but it does stop the twisting and just makes it all a bit easier.Maureenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02383223698959645624noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7637401073707850632.post-45073794938637711762010-12-16T14:21:55.205-05:002010-12-16T14:21:55.205-05:00I am working the exact same pattern, I too can...I am working the exact same pattern, I too can't close those little josephine rings properly. but then I was thinking, 8 half stitches is only 4 ds, if you make a ring of only 4 ds, how easy is it to close completely?Ladytatshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13333655818263465112noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7637401073707850632.post-71630538948244368882010-12-16T13:39:33.867-05:002010-12-16T13:39:33.867-05:00wonderful beautiful the green lookwonderful beautiful the green lookmaxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03292831623117549221noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7637401073707850632.post-18891897504937201522010-12-16T12:37:26.714-05:002010-12-16T12:37:26.714-05:00I have trouble with JK too. I tend to go fast and then the little sucker pops right out of my fingers but not before I've managed to pull on it enough to cause gapsosis. The thread has something to do with it too. The smoother the thread, the easier the ring closes.Ginahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17127914310809216760noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7637401073707850632.post-38702753191963262092010-12-16T12:30:02.916-05:002010-12-16T12:30:02.916-05:00I tat my JK's slightly looser than regular rin...I tat my JK's slightly looser than regular rings. I still don't usually get them completely closed, but if you make the first stitch of the following chain just a little tighter, it pulls the chains together so that you can't see the unclosed bit on the JK.Mirandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07966487848401662776noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7637401073707850632.post-78998257698254532010-12-16T11:56:29.308-05:002010-12-16T11:56:29.308-05:00Looks really great! :)Looks really great! :)God's Kidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14235608410243857253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7637401073707850632.post-80664530762120835182010-12-16T10:38:25.176-05:002010-12-16T10:38:25.176-05:00rings that tiny, I'm not sure that they can be...rings that tiny, I'm not sure that they can be closed completely... at least I don't know how to do it.
