Front-side Frothiness

After these are secured by the third row of the motif, there are 24 smaller motifs to be tatted and attached by twisty chains... I am working on fortitude.

There is a lilac blob in the centre, bottom left of the photo. That is my "right-side" marker. Without it, it is difficult to immediately differentiate front-side from back-side.

You might wonder why I am tatting fs/bs in #80. Sheer obstinacy.

    1. I love the Wildflower colour way and am not tiring of it as I usually do with most threads towards the end of a piece. It is a beautiful mix.

  2. You are amazing- this is really something. I love the lilac blob. I used a safety pin on mine and it kept slipping around. How big is this now?

    1. Safety pins don't stay put. The piece now is somewhere around 21" in diameter. : )

  6. LOL but m'dear you do obstinacy so well....

I think the fs/bs just comes naturally after a while. I know I can see the difference when I don't do it and I hate things not looking "right".

Loving seeing the progress on this project. You have so much more patience than I.
