Bye Bye Blue

Had to take a break from the biggies;the Renulek, which is very nearly done,and the Fikkert, which is awaiting my 100% concentration.

I like the fern-like structure of the long leaves and the square shape:

About a 2” square in #40 Lizbeth...last of the blue! Yay!

But, be cautioned; this is a very fiddly design. 
Drove me up the wall. But so pretty.

and it was the inspiration for mine.

  3. Very pretty! I'm tempted to take a break from the biggies, but I know if I do they might never get finished. So, I crochet button flowers as my break. I'm thinking snowflakes this summer. ;-)

  11. I love that pattern Fox! I made a whole mat out of it. Yes, the tiny rings are fiddly but the effect is lovely.
