  1. Imagine you have tatted a small doily, 12 motifs and an edging. It is looking beautiful!

  2. That is worth seeing I like this little edge around your perfect circle this brings it together very nicely! I guess I should go back and look but I don't have this one in my book but I only have one of his books "tatted Treasures" I did notice his centers start out the same on several doilies but they all take different designs after that!

    2. You know I signed up for in-tatters long ago and forgot password and then got a new one and still had trouble logging on so I end up finding something else to do :( I may have to ask for help again :( cause I really want to see the whole doily!

    3. Same thing for me with intatters. I have had this problem before. I wonder if they delete you if your not active after so many days. I just signed up for another account. Not for that pattern because I know I am not ready for that yet, but because I really enjoy the site.

  5. And it's so very elegant in a plain colour - even though it may be tiresome to work on sometimes!. I think the finished piece will be magnificent.

  8. I can't wait until I'm ready to tat such an intricate piece. What will you do with it when finished?
It is really wonderful. I'm going to be tatting along with the Under African Sky doily. I ordered all the thread I'm using today from Handy Hands.

    1. Thanks, Denise!

Glad you are joining us. I may have to start a bit later, as I want to finish this first, and if you go to today’s post, you will see I have slowed the process with a couple of.... ummm.. beads!

I am waiting for my thread to arrive too!
