Nicely done. I can see why it take so long. It is very lovely. I had seen her posts and thought about doing one myself; however, I think I will wait when I have other projects done before I attempt one of this magnitude.
A fabulous work of heart(and hands)!!! :)

This is a piece of which it deserves to be said that it was Worth The Effort. How about the Spencer Centrepiece for an encore?
I just looked this up - it’s a beauty! Have you done it?Fox
Congratulations! That is a magnificent piece of tatting. :)So...does it go to the grandbaby or does it live at your house as a new table top?
I’m thinking about that...Fox : )
Congratulations! What an achievement. Have you got a big enough table for it, or will you have to move again? :)
MAGNIFICENT!!!! What a fabulous accomplishment and a testment to incredible patience and perseverance! Are there any Fairs you can enter this in? It really should be seen by those who appreciate the needle arts! The colors look great!! It's so eye-appealing! Also, you should have a special book made up of your posts, chronicalling the highs and lows of this journey! P.S. What ladder did you use to photograph this?:)
Kathy, It was difficult to photograph! I had to stand directly above it and pull my feet away and hold the camera up very high!. If the weather were better I would have gone out to the balcony...Fox : )
Fabulous. I bet you are glad to have that beauty behind you now. What's next???
Congratulations Fox! The finished piece is absolutely beautiful and to an outside observer, it seems like it was well worth the effort.
Thanks, Mica.Fox : )

Can’t oblige right now, Frances - too much snow and rain! But I will photograph it later when the weather co-operates! Fox : ))
