Nobody's Perfect

  1. A pink dragon SHOULD have lavender wings!

I think The Boss will approve.

  3. I think this is really cute. Pink and purple, a favourite combination of colours.

  4. I love the lavender wings! If you hadn't run into this problem with the thread, I probably never would have thought to do it with a different color on the wings. Now I'm going to have to make more of them.

  6. ...but one doesn't need to be perfect to be adorable! Hope the Boss adores this little cutie!

(it does look like a baby dragon to me - I think it is a nice coincidence that the thread you used for the wings seems to be a bit smaller than the pink one, and it has big eyes, so it really has child-like proportions and is thus extra cute)

I know! This is the hatchling of the mating dragons I saw recently in someone else's blog!!!!

  7. Oh Fox, don't despair. I thought I would never get that dragon right. I kept thinking that the chains in the wings should be inverted - then couldn't get them to bow the right way. When I did finally get it tatted & gave it to a friend, I noticed I had left a row out of one wing! It is a more complicated pattern than it appears!

  8. Well, if you're not happy with it, you know what to do!

If at first you don't succeed... try, try again! And you know that better than anyone (smiley-wink)

It's pretty though, love the beads!

  11. LOL Fox!

I have actually spent the last 20 minutes going through my web browser history to see if I could find them, but apparently I saw them on another computer... what a pity, I really wanted to share! The tatter that showed the pic had just said it was a pair of dragons, but I am sure I was not the only one to think of a mating pair of dragons, as evidenced in the comments...

  13. HI F, It was great to hear from you I know that I haven't tatted much but I still love to see what you all are up too. And I am enjoying the knitting at the moment as well as crocheting.

  14. Off course it is perfect. If it looks different from other dragons it is because it is doing aerial tricks!
