Kind Hearts and Coronets,
from Karey Solomon's booklet Tatting for the Tree,
using Yarnplayer's gorgeous 'Roses' in size #30.

 I'm pleased.

  1. Hi, Fox,
    How you doing?
This is so pretty. And the colors are wonderful.
Thanks for posting comments on my blog.
Your last one I think I'm going to remember for life.
AND I do not know how to cobble or how to weld!
But who knows, one day I might learn to do that too!
Welding appears to be pretty interesting.....
    Lots of love,

  2. That looks great! I have that book....somewhere. Methinks its time to dig it out and give this one a whirl.

  3. Hi Fox, This is a beautiful motif and the color is gorgeous!!!

  4. Thanks for all the lovely comments! I am so pleased that you all seem to like this one as much as I do.

It is a very pleasing pattern; it reminds me of the dome of the Russian Orthodox churches.

    Fox : )

  5. Yes! Domes provide inspiration and soon (if not already) you will see tatting patterns in architecture! Bridges, portcullises, churches, temples, office buildings...the inspiration will sneak up on you unawares. Again, great job on your marvelous motif.
